How to Order:
Add to your shopping cart using the buttons offered on each product page. Our secure server encrypts
your credit card and order data using the same state-of-the-art "Secure Socket Layers" technology used by
the biggest e-commerce web sites on the Internet. Once we receive your order, we encrypt it again. This means
that your credit card data is stored on our servers in a safe and secure form.
Bulk Sales:
Contact us for large volume pricing and timelines. Remember that large orders may require extra lead-time
for production.
Conferences and Conventions:
Northland products are available for sale at conferences and conventions and can be an effective fundraiser
for your group. Call us to discuss your needs.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are added either as a flat fee or a percentage of your order, depending on your order total.
The chart below shows the shipping fees we charge with your fee highlighted.
An exception is made for posters and mugs, which have a minimum shipping fee of $6.00.
In cases when actual shipping and handling differs significantly from this schedule, we will adjust your total
accordingly. This most often happens when you order something very light or very heavy.
Our standard method for shipping orders is USPS or UPS Ground, depending on the size of the order.
Our general rule of thumb is that we use USPS for orders valued under $75, and UPS Ground for orders
valued over $75, though weight and physical size of the packaged order are also factors in determining
shipping method. If you have a specific preference for either USPS or UPS, please let us know.

Standard Turnaround:
You should expect to receive your order within 10 working days.
NOTE: for Canada and Mexico we will add $4.00 in U.S. funds to the shipping charges shown here. For all
other countries we will charge four times the regular shipping charge and your order will be air shipped.
International shipping charges DO NOT appear on the web site or your order confirmation, but WILL be
charged to your credit card.
