We celebrate and honor the long struggle and creative organizing of the Coalition of Immokalee Workers (tomato pickers in Florida). Supported by students and religious-based activists, the farm workers won substantial wage increases by targeting Taco Bell, the ultimate purchaser of the tomatoes.
